legal and moral

One of the possible legal, moral or ethical issues I will have to come across is things like copyright. There will be times in this assignment brief where I will be getting secondary research and perhaps taking peoples creations across the internet. This could be things like images or information which has been stored by another human being. I can avoid this or perhaps ignore this idea by using less secondary research as much as I can and to be more primary whilst getting information through things like information from local people that do know of grime music and most importantly, asking the older generation about the history of grime music.

Secondly I will need to be aware of health and safety of all the different things I will need to do to bring this whole article into one piece. For example, If I do take pictures of different things such as studios as well as other things in which rappers use to make their music, I will need to ensure I use a tripod stand so the camera shot is appropriate and clear for the users to see and to be aware of what is going on. Similarly, I will need a high quality camera and I can get this through the technicians of the college in which they supply me with. With the high quality camera, the article which will be made will look professional with appropriate shots used. I will also need to find an appropriate space and time to take all these shots such as the environment.

Thirdly, I will need to approve that any pictures in which I have taken has been approved and ask by the specific person. For example, If I happen to take any pictures of anyone which allows them to be inside my article, it is an unapproved picture due to the fact that the person may not want to be inside the article for obvious reasons such as privacy. With this, I will not only be taking pictures but I will also be interviewing the public about different things so I will need to ask permission for the specific person to know and to be aware of where all of the clips and images will be taken and displayed to make sure they are fine with it.

Fourthly, My second article which includes a lot about boxing will include different shots taken of different boxing arenas and clubs; I must not make the building look like a bad place to be due to things like advertisements around places like moving images and the web. I must ask each owner whether it is acceptable to take images of their galleries and what they hold inside their boxing arena, similarly to my grime article, I could potentially be interviewing some people about their history of boxing within East London. This could be people from out of the boxing arenas and perhaps through their own knowledge so I must be aware that I must respect all buildings when I enter and not speak foul language to disturb one another.

digital publishing products

Most of the digital publishing products that I have discussed are linked (E – magazines, E – newspapers) because they both share information but in different ways E – magazines share social information and E - newspapers talk about debates and war in other countries. All the products can be accessed through a smart device of some sort whether it’s a laptop or a mobile anything that can get a wireless connection.

Material such as posters, leaflets and flyers even bill boards are another form of information because it can be seen on public transport like the tube or in the side of busses. Leaflets and flyers can be handed out in schools and other places of education. The idea of technology in our lives these flyers and leaflets have gone digital and now have the name digital advertising (online advert) which is now all other social media. Promotional materials make sure their colours stand out for the target audience.
Artists CD covers such as drake use two platforms (web and paper based) which help to boost income with the use of music streaming services (YouTube and Spotify). Another way artists promote their music is though movies (Justin Timberlake can’t stop this feeling: trolls song).

Manuals play a big part of everything that everybody does from making an aeroplane to Lego this helps us to fix or break down certain machines. Manuals (blueprints) are used in the car trade for accurate measures which also tell what colour goes where and how long each piece has to be.
